The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to bus terminals and various restaurants. the room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for a business trip. the hotel was set a bit inside from the main road, which made it a quiet and peaceful place to stay after a long day.

The cleaning service was not up to standard. I had to request for cleaning each time as it was not done automatically.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Whether it was providing information about the local area or assisting with any requests, they were always ready to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued and well taken care of.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I liked about the hotel. the location of the hotel was superb. It was conveniently situated near a bus terminal and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. This made it very easy for me to explore the area and find places to eat without having to travel too far. the room itself was well equipped and had a clean and functional toilet. I appreciated having all the necessary amenities readily available.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. there was a lack of cleaning service at the hotel.
